Joanne - Dr. Liz, I just started taking Spirulina. How much should I take?
Joanne - I missed the ice storms if that's what you mean. They were south of where I live.
JillSashSabrinaShane - what is it
Dr Liz - Depends on the quality of the spirulina. Usually, between 2,000 - 3,000 mg per module is the right amount. However, if it's high energy spirulina you can get away with less.
Dr Liz - You'll want to take it in the morning, and possibly at mid-day, but no later than mid-day.
Joanne - We've had some cold days but overall it's been mild.
JillSashSabrinaShane - we never get snow here in Georgia
Dr Liz - I take some spirulina, and some A.F.A. from bluegreenfoods.com. That seems to do it, for me.
kikfrd - Joanne, How are you making out with your dog?
Joanne - So if I have 4 modules, I need to take 8000-12000. Or is that for a module of four?
Dr Liz - Jill, I was in Atlanta once on business, and you DEFINITELY had SNOW in GEORGIA!!!! As a Northerner who spent a lot of time driving in snow and ice, I was then, one of the few who knew how to drive in it!!!
Joanne - No attempts to go over the fence. But I'm always watching him. Any barks or excitement and he comes in.
Dr Liz - According to what the PATHS people say, yes, you would need to take 8000 - 12000. I've never taken that much, tho'.
Dr Liz - LOL Maybe I "should" ... and see what difference it makes!!!
Dr Liz - Apparently, the "signs" of taking too much, are nervousness and irritability. The signs of taking too little, are sleepiness and resistance.
Joanne - Dr. Liz, you said I was missing something about being a better pack leader. Can you tell me more?

Dr Liz - Jill, yes, I'm in Gloucester County. We experienced what's called the "localized dump" ... it' an odd weather condition where one relatively small area gets a HUGE amount of snow. This time, it was HERE!

Dr Liz - The topic tonight is Allowing Healing. What we do and don't do, to allow healing, either for us, or for our animals. I figured to have some fun with the mental conversations of resistance we all do.
Dr Liz - Joanne, no, I take it every day.

Dr Liz - Kikfrd, the inspiration for the topic, came from a conversation I had with someone on Monday of this week.
Dr Liz - I was listening to this person pretty much say "yes, but" to everything I was suggesting.
kikfrd - Just had to do a mental check to see if I spoke with you on Monday LOL!
Dr Liz - And then I had the thought, "Gee, we ALL do this from time to time. Maybe this would be a GREAT chat topic ... to bring forth additional levels of awareness to HOW we ALLOW healing, and how we block it."
Joanne - "Yes, but," aren't we all good at using those words.
kikfrd - LOL!
Dr Liz - Kikfrd ... the person wasn't a client!!! LOL!!! It was someone I was more or less in "casual" conversation with.
Joanne - I had an interesting experience with allowing two days ago.

Dr Liz - And in a few minutes, the person had come up with the following "reasons" a.k.a. "excuses" ... "I hate being tested." "I hate having people tell me about myself, especially if it's bad." "My insurance won't pay for that." "It'll take too much time." "it's too hard to get appointments these days." "I don't know who to trust anymore."
Joanne - I had a woman come by to see how she got along with the dogs. I wanted her to dog sit when I was away.
kikfrd - It can be maddening at times to listen to someone like that again and again... they just can't get out of they're own way

Joanne - When I asked him why, he said she wasn't the right one.
Dr Liz - And in a few minutes more, the woman added, "there's no one in my area who's really any good." 'Things could get worse if I go for treatment" and "I'd rather stay with the known, meaning, my illness, than move into the area of the unknown, which might involve getting worse."
Dr Liz - Joanne, I would trust his response!
Joanne - Finding good people to pet sit isn't easy.
kikfrd - That first step is very difficult to make.
Dr Liz - So all of this, made me think, I wonder if people realize what they do or don't do, to allow healing?
kikfrd - Joanne-send him to me to sit-i'm not scared
Dr Liz - Kifrd, yes.
Joanne - I decided to trust him. The very next day I found the perfect person. That was after I decided not to stress out about it like I did when I went to my sisters.
Dr Liz - I figured to turn it into a learning experience for everyone. I figured we could have some fun listing all the excuses we've ever heard .... or any of the excuses we've ever used ourselves!
kikfrd - I've started a little trick... when I find myself repeating a pattern I ask "is this healthy or am I getting in my own way"
Dr Liz - The purpose for this, of course, offer I, gently, is through awareness, we can release any resistance any of us here have, to blocking our own healing, or that of our animals, in any and all areas of life. So there is a very strong "method" in my "madness."
Joanne - I like that kikfrd.
kikfrd - Give me a circumstance and I can give you an excuse! LOL!
Joanne - I just say it's always worked out in the past. Trust!!!
Dr Liz - Kikfrd, what is your favorite excuse?
kikfrd - Trust me-I have to use that trick a lot!
Dr Liz - Joanne, that's beautiful!
kikfrd - Can you guess my excuse right now? Kiki!
Joanne - And sometimes I actually listen and believe!
kikfrd - And I get very confused at times of where she needs me and where I need her
Dr Liz - Other frequent "excuses" include, "It'll take too much time" "It'll cost too much money" .. I'm afraid to make the wrong decisions" ...
Joanne - I also realize when I'm making excuses I'm just not ready to go there...
Dr Liz - Kikfrd, I feel we all feel that sometimes.
Dr Liz - Joanne ... LOL!
Joanne - I don't argue with people who make excuses. They're just not ready.
JillSashSabrinaShane - UGH my computer is driving me crazy
kikfrd - I guess to come up with an excuse I have to know what is keeping me from doing something. Is it fear? Fear of what?
JillSashSabrinaShane - i might have to restart
Dr Liz - Joanne, although I'm getting MUCH better at discerning, I still don't always have the distinction of when I'm blocking something, and when it just isnt the right time because the Universe is wanting it to unfold in another way.
Marge - sometimes I'll ask "hey ego, is that you talking?"
Dr Liz - Jill, what are you experiencing? I've found a way around the issue I was having here .. the screen would go white ... and then it would look like I'd lost everyone ... but I really hadn't ...
kikfrd - that darn universe has a way of doing things... and it's always right!
Joanne - I think I've just become aware of that problem.
Dr Liz - Marge, that's certainly a great approach ... and very direct ... what happens when you ask that question?
Marge - you're right kikfrd
Dr Liz - Kikfrd ... LOL!
Joanne - Marge, I do that too. But sometimes not often enough.
Marge - sometimes it jolts me, and there's an instant change
Dr Liz - By that I mean, Marge, when it IS your ego, how do you know? and when it isn't, how do you know?
Dr Liz - Marge, tell us more. What does that mean, "sometimes it jolts me, and there's an instant change."
Marge - Liz , it seems that if it is the ego, the change is felt quickly.
Dr Liz - Sounds fascinating.
kikfrd - It's easy to say "Is that you ego" but I'm not my own ego is answering the question
Marge - okay, give me a minute to think of a good example
Dr Liz - Hmmm. Like it's been caught, so to speak, with its' pants down? The ego, I mean!
kikfrd - LOL!
Marge - right on, Liz! LOL, LOL
Dr Liz - Ahhh, I understand!
kikfrd - I'm aware that the true "me" is the observer of my thoughts and actions but I'm only aware...I still have not met me yet... wow-conversations like this must drive english teachers crazy!
Marge - maybe I'm intent on doing something, and if it's the ego that's pushing me to do it, and I ask it if it's the one wanting to do this, ... then the feeling changes and I know I really don't want to do it. Sorry, still trying to think of a specific example
Dr Liz - I have found, that when I watch the conversations of my mind, just watch them, that if after a little while, they become embarrassed and "shut up", then I know it's ego conversation.
Joanne - When I realize it's just the ego talking, I re-connect almost instantly with my soul.
Dr Liz - Marge, that's a good example. thanks.

Dr Liz - Joanne, it feels like you become the Observant Aware one, distinct from the Ego conversation. Is that what you're saying?
Joanne - Yes, and no.
Joanne - I'm living more and more within my soul.
Marge - somehow, you just know it... the feeling changes inside very distinctly
Dr Liz - Joanne, please share.
Dr Liz - For me, I feel like I'm "wholly" in my body, yet also, connected to the One. then I know I'm not in "ego".
Joanne - I'm present in the moment. I'm content with myself and everyone else. I am radiating healing touch energy (if that makes sense).
Dr Liz - Joanne, yes. My QiGong teacher, Chunyi Lin, calls it, "being a love radiator."
kikfrd - wow! it makes total sense. i've never felt it but ... wow...
Joanne - I am definitly (sp?) connected with the other side.
kikfrd - Tell my dad I said Hi!
kikfrd - oh wait, he's probably with me
Dr Liz - Kikfrd ... LOL!
Joanne - You can tell him yourself!!!!!
kikfrd - I do all the time.
Marge - Joanne ... meaning you are connected with the One, right
Dr Liz - Today's the anniversary of my Dad's death. I'm feeling very connected today.
Joanne - Yes.
Marge - Joanne ... a lovely peaceful feeling
Joanne - I don't think of it that way though.
Joanne - I think of it as home.
Dr Liz - I no longer think of it as "the other side." I feel the veil is so thin now between the spirit world and the manifest physical world, I simply refer to "the spirit world" now.
kikfrd - It's an amazing thing. My father was 55 years old when he had me. And he turned out to be my best friend ever. I always thought his passing would ruin me but ever since the day he died, he's been with me.

Joanne - Kidfrd, how do you know that?
Marge - yes Liz, I it referred to 'the spirit world' because it is in the now
kikfrd - I know he's with me when I find myself with a grin across my face for no apparent reason and then I just give the room a big smile... although it's usually just kiki and fred (and dad) who get to see it
Joanne - If you are able to connect with him, you are able to create healing energy (aka 'the love radiator")
Marge - how beautiful kikfrd
kikfrd - He suffered for 8 years with alzhemers so I was able to get used to him being gone without him being gone

jane - I am so sorry I am an hour off in time - but please say special prayers for Jake and Maddie - two Catahoula Cur dogs who were poisoned with rat poisen by drug dealers - they are OK right now. Please send healing energy to the situation for the greater good - that the drug dealers may be removed from the neighborhood

Dr Liz - Joanne, I was shocked, and I've seen and heard a lot. And in St. Francis County, of all places. The immediate intuitive "hit" I got it, maybe this is part of what has to happen now, for stronger laws protecting animals.

jane - for Tally - a chained up dog who I am trying to help to educate the owners on how to take care of a dog.
Joanne - For all the dogs that are chained up. I don't understand it.

Dr Liz - Jane, I just got the email a short while ago. The local police are very concerned because all serial killers start out killing animals.

Dr Liz - For me, who am going through a number of very palpable transitions now, that an even more Grace-filled "new" Center be unfolded for me.
jane - for Sasha - one of the cats who were shot in my neighborhood - the other one - Tabitha - died - I am VERY concerned about all of this. these two shootings were swept under the carpet; animal control said that the cats had "absesses."

Dr Liz - And for all here, who are experiencing change and transition, that a new, Grace-filled "Center" present for them, too, as they may feel to embrace it.

Dr Liz - Joanne, just one, the 1-year-old dog of a 4-year-old boy. He said it was a man with a black aura.

Dr Liz - The boy's dog was shot in the back yard. the boy found him.

Dr Liz - The dog was lying in a pool of blood under a tree. How awful for the little boy.
Dr Liz - So the police are looking for someone who's made a pact with evil.
Joanne - can the pets who have passed help the police find this man?
kikfrd - it is so hard not to connect to that sadness and feel the anger of the injustice
Dr Liz - That's what a black aura usually means.
jane - I am so sorry for that little boy - is there just more evil in the world now Dr. Liz - or is it coming out dur to the economy?
Dr Liz - Joanne, we can ask ALL the spirits of the spirit world, to get into action, to have it be so, that clues and evidence leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrators, come forth now.

Dr Liz - Jane, yes. The councilman is still outsmarting the legal system. However, he has been charged successfully. He's appealing.
Dr Liz - He's also been fined, but he hasn't paid the fine yet, because of theappeal process.
jane - I hope that he gets his due justice - sometimes it takes quite a while, if at all, doesn't it?
Dr Liz - The judge did come down hard on him. which is good.
kikfrd - Kiki just came out of hiding and is staring at the computer screen... i told her to interupt if there was anything she wanted to say because I'm not listening at 3!
