roberman - I am not getting a clear message from communicators about whether he is coming back to me. I tried to get in touch with him myself and I think he is coming back. But I wish he would give me a sign.

Dr. Liz - Roberman, animals, some, are capable of not telling the truth, or at least trying to not tel the truth, but only when they have been with humans who spend a lot of time lying and eventually the animals always speak the truth. Most animals tell the truth.

Dr. Liz - The truth is always there, even with animals who lie ... most commonly it is the human animal who lies. Their lies are almost always discernable. It's true with non-human animals, too. Just because an animal ... human or non-human ... is lying, that doesn't mean, the lying goes unnoticed; nor does it mean that the truth won't emerge. It will. It always does.
Joanne - I missed what you're trying to find out.
Dee & "kids" - roberman, I have used Dr Liz with many of my animlas...always had great success...those here and crossed

kikfrd - I haven't been getting much sleep lately and it has finally taken its toll. I was just thinking this morning how tired I am waiting and how important it is not to loose faith.

Joanne - Wanting it now, is the worst part. Eventually, the lack of patience goes away and you just accept that you are on the path even if you don't know where the path will bring you -- it almost doesn't matter.

Dr. Liz - Joanne, the first block was a very rude South Jersey gas customer service rep who was giving me a hard time about making an appointment for my spring air conditioner check-up.

Sher - Yeah, I'm only familiar with "trying", lol. Well, who isn't?! ;)
Dee & "kids" - reiki has helped me find out how to have non- attachemnt...actually I think i learned it in art class...drawing nude figures.. after a while- you become detached...lol.
Dr. Liz - So the first thing I did, was remember that last year I had the same difficult rep. Last year, I didn't report her. And here she is again, this year.
kikfrd - LOL! I just got back and saw that Dr. Liz had a NUDE gas station attendant

Joanne - And the lesson about to unfold...
Dr. Liz - Last year, the appointment that was made, never happened, and I waited a half a day at home before finding out that the service man wasn't coming.

Dr. Liz - So this year, even though an appointment was being made, I immediately lost all attachment to the date or that it would happen at all.
kikfrd - LOL!
Dr. Liz - Non-attachment even to the company, for being my service company, also arose.
Lori - oh yes, I have learned to do that and life goes so much smoother

Sher - Like "I don't care"??
roberman - You care, but don't care.
Pat - Dee, I am a reiki 1, how do you use that for non-attachment?
Dr. Liz - She continued to be rude. I terminated the call very simply by an "away from". I then called back and asked for a supervisor, with full intent, this year, to report her.
Lori - or I give those things to husband that I can loss attachment too, then it isn't mine to be attached to
Joanne - You step outside yourself and become an observer.
Dr. Liz - Guess who took the call? The same customer service rep. Who took all the information. I could sense she wasn't going to report it.
Lori - lovely
Sher - Wow, Dr. Liz -- was this the only CSR around?! lol
Dr. Liz - So I waited until the probable end of her shift and called back. I got a customer service rep whose name I recognized and whom I know to be good. He took the information and immediately transferred me to a supervisor's mail box.
roberman - Were you supposed to get her?
Joanne - What's a simple "away from?"
Dr. Liz - Sher, I found out later they had six reps on that day at that time. So clearly, I was "meant" to reach her again.
Sher - Dr. Liz, huh!! sounds like it yeah
Dr. Liz - Joanne, in this case, I simply completed the sharing of the necessary information and hung up. I put myself away from, her rude and disrespectful behavior.
Lori - so she needed to hear from you that she was not being of service to you
roberman - She had something to teach?
Joanne - Gotcha
Lori - even though it was her job
Dr. Liz - I finally spoke directly to the supervisor. They tape all their calls, it turns out. She thought she was looking up only one call. I advised her she was looking for two calls.
Dr. Liz - The supervisor was very grateful that I had called in to report the incident.
roberman - What made her rude?
Lori - and was she only rude to you...or others too
Dr. Liz - All the while, I am holding the resonance of ... will this air conditioning service happen when it's scheduled to, or not? will I find aother service company, or not? Am I to work it out with this company, or not?
Dr. Liz - I then spoke into what I appreciate ... for example, I truly appreciate the skill level of the reps who come to my house and work on my a/c ...
roberman - I like that...don't do enough ot if.
roberman - of it, I mean.
Dr. Liz - And while I was speaking in gratitude and praise about the reps, I sensed a clearing, a pathing, a way opened up ... light streamed into the conversation and the situation ... and all of a sudden, the service manager was specifying a time and a day for the service call that were perfect for me ... and thanking me again and again for letting her know what had happened ....

Dr. Liz - So what I'm sharing is, if we speak what is so, and then speak what is great, what we are grateful for ... then that energy is either going to be the key to open something up, or not ...
Dr. Liz - If it does, then we move forward with the situation, because the light of the gratitude has undone the blockage ...
kikfrd - True. You can't paint a picture about the whole company because of a repeat experience with one person

Dr. Liz - Joanne, there is always someone to go to ... it may be a Someone rather than an in-form being, however ....
Joanne - This is with a crazy woman that owns a dog that meant a lot to me in another life. She won't let me near him.
Sher - I know that it helps to make a positive statement -- and then follow it with the problem to be solved. you are more likely to get help that way.
Dr. Liz - That's what I'm referring to by the energy of non-attachment ... when we focus on the enery of non-attachment, we are actually putting ourselves into the energy of the Sacred Universe ...
Dr. Liz - Sher, that's what I've found. I don't always follow it, however.
Joanne - She did a terrible thing to me then.
Dr. Liz - For example, issue #2. I have been interviewing lawn services for help in taking care of my lawn this year.
Sher - Altho, that hasn't helped me obtain a particular thing that I want from a CSR!! lol
Dr. Liz - I haven't said "yes" to anyone yet. I'm also taking organic landscaping classes.
Joanne - I've gotten through it by telling her I forgive her.
Dr. Liz - I felt to know what was possible and who could do the work.

Dr. Liz - This morning, without authorization from me,one of the services I interviewed, came and spread chemicals on my lawn.

Dr. Liz - So now I have the situation of dealing with this mess. I first have to figure out what was spread on my lawn, since there was no information given, just a "pesticide danger" flag on the lawn itself.

Dr. Liz - I'm praying for rain to wash it away.

Dr. Liz - I've been wondering, "what on earth is the message here?"
Dr. Liz - I know everything happens for a reason, a spiritual reason, which we rarely see at first.
Lori - don't let people take advantage of you...I think it is speak up and be heard
Dr. Liz - And I need to know whether what he's done, has ruined my carefully designed plan to restore my yard.
kikfrd - it never ceses to amaze me just how inconsiderate people can be
Dr. Liz - My sense is, it has.
Sher - Hhhmm, how to make dangerous earth, safe again?
Dr. Liz - Sher, precisely.

summer - It sounds like they did it to be malicious, maybe becasue they felt they were not going to get the job? But that would take a lot of nerve and it's even illegal behavior
Lori - they may be trying to gain your business in a non professional way...or went about it wrong
Lori - u see good results (green lawn) so you then ask them to come back
kikfrd - it could have been an honest mistake though... a mix up with the paper work.

Sher - is business in landscaping that competitive, that they just go ahead and "treat" the lawns of potential customers?
Dr. Liz - Lori, that's what a friend of mine said today, when I told her how upset I was about it.

Marge - Liz, have you spoken to any of the people who truly care about what they put on lawns? ... maybe there's somebody who can tell you what might help?

Dr. Liz - Another friend said, that I wasn't clear enough and should have called him and said "No" . I was shocked by that response ...

Dr. Liz - Marge, yes, I did that, this evening. He said it is VERY important to find out what was put on the lawn, because then we'll know our options.
summer - If you specified you did not want chemicals used,then I can't see how you could be more clear

Marge - without authorization, NO one is allowed to do anything to your property

Dr. Liz - So here I am ... in a situation I don't want ... wondering why? and wondering, what is the message here? and wondering, how do I turn this into something positive?

Joanne - Perhaps you will find the right person to take care of your lawn through this mess.
Lori - well you know that your group of pro's is down to 3
Marge - Liz, if that company does things like that to you, they will do it to others until they are stopped
Lori - so easier to choose a qualified one
kikfrd - first step would be to accept the situation for what it is

Lori - yes, find out what was put on it and see if you can neutralize it

"if a customer service rep does that to you, she'll do it to others, too ... and unless someone brings it to our attention, we're not going to know to listen to the tapes" ....
summer - But the most important thing is to clear the lawn of the toxins, and how does one go about that?

Dr. Liz - So if no one brings it to another's attention, this lawn service person is likely to be treating others that way ...

Sher - well, i'm wondering something else...Dr. Liz, was there somewhere in your life, other than with the lawn, that you were feeling violated somehow, like your rights were ignored?

Dr. Liz - the lawn is issue #3.
Marge - Liz ... I've had a very good lawyer tell me those same words. In your case, perhaps a letter from a good lawyer might be enough to get them to come forth with what they put on your lawn, and not be so quick to do it again to someone else

Dr. Liz - Summer, I can see the pellets. They're all over the place, including the wildlife habitat area of the property.

Dr. Liz - Lori, it's not exactly three people who are not listening. One is someone not listening. That would be the lawn person.
Marge - you're welcome, Liz. Sometimes, I wonder if too many people sit back and don't take action to stop unlawful acts. Perhaps your experience is intended for you to help Mother Earth by getting these people stopped.
Dr. Liz - One is someone making an assumption that she can spend thousands of dollars of my money without authorization.
Joanne - All three are crossing your boundaries and there is a definite sense of violation.
Lori - Dr. Liz, Tony says send pellets to lab to be analyzed
Dr. Liz - And another is someone being rude and disrespectful, who had been this way before.
Marge - Liz ... can you pick up some of them in a plastic bag in case they need to be analyzed?
Sher - Dr. Liz, maybe the Universe is making you a reluctant "teacher" to these folks who are polluting the earth with their neg behav? the lawn people, the rude CSR, the account rep?
Lori - SDSU South Dakota State University has an ag area that can do that
Dr. Liz - What's common in all three cases, is, they are bad customer service people and ought to be relieved of their responsibilities.
Marge - my thoughts too, Sher
Dr. Liz - Sher, yes, that has occurred to me ... there are many ways to "heal" ... and some of them involve healing companies, or situations.
Marge - ... and perhaps you're the voice that is needed to help have them relieved of their responsibilities, Liz
Lori - true, but sometimes these things come into our lives to teach us something...like who are we not listening to
Dr. Liz - Sher, I am definitely a reluctant healer in these situations ... it's happened multiple times for me, that I am the vehicle to bring forth for companies, their areas of weakness, that need to be handled. It always costs me time, frequently costs me money, and often has me feeling aggravated (very spiritual feeling, of course LOL) at first.
Lori - or what are we not listening to

Lori - are you shrugging a responsibility that you were put her to do...even though we don't like it...it is our "job" if you will
Dr. Liz - Another thought that arose here, is, I may be being asked, yet again I might add, to raise to another whole level of responsibility for accepting being centered in my own power and authority.
Joanne - What about USDA or Cook College (the old Ag school in New Brunswick)?
Dr. Liz - This has been a tricky one for me over the decades of my life.
Dr. Liz - Joanne, Rutgers has a great ag school division near me. As soon as I find out what was used, I'll go there.
