Dee
& "kids"
- Hi everyone
Cheryl
& kids
- Hi all
kikfrd
- Hi all!
GirlyGirls
- Anybody home? I will be back, just checking in.
Dee
& "kids"
- See you in a bit then GG
GirlyGirls
- Thanks, how are the kids, Dee?
Jeanne
- Hello, this is my first visit!
Cheryl
& kids
- Hi Jeanne
Dee
& "kids"
- Everyone here is doing good, Jake is a bit itchy though,
i think tree pollen allergies :(
Jeanne
- Hello!
Dee
& "kids"
- how is your gang GG?
Dee
& "kids"
- welcome Jeanne
Jeanne
- Thank you!
Dee
& "kids"
- Jeanne, what brings you here tonight?
GirlyGirls
- good, Dee.
Jeanne
- I'm not sure if this is the time to ask about my cat Pepe...
Dee
& "kids"
- what is up with Pepe?
GirlyGirls
- Oh i'm in New Hamshire, the gang is in PA. They are doing
well. Although there are two boys and Fannie and me now,
Fannie and I often reminisce about the good ole days when
it was all girly girls in the house.
Jeanne
- He has a stone in his bladder and we're not sure what
kind?
GirlyGirls
- I'm visiting family up here. Don't make the drive, usually
fly now, but the kitties used to love to come up here. So
many exciting things to smell up on the little mountain
GirlyGirls
- How old is Pepe?
kikfrd
- Oh GG it sounds like a wonderful trip
GirlyGirls
- It is Kikfrd. This is home for me, with my uncle, aunt
and cousins.
Cheryl
& kids
- GG sounds like a nice getaway
Jeanne
- he' s only 3 1/2
GirlyGirls
- Used to be goats and chickens and horses and cows, but
eventually my cousins moved them to their homes. We all
miss them.
GirlyGirls
- Jeanne. . .was the diagnosis via ultrasound?

kikfrd
- Hi Dr. Liz!
GirlyGirls
- The critters are nearby though. I have a God-cow named
after me, and a new grand-cow I haven't yet met. My first
grandchild.
Cheryl
& kids
- Hi Dr. Liz!
GirlyGirls
- Hi, Liz!
Dr.
Liz
- Hi, all!
Cheryl
& kids
- thats awesome GG
Dee
& "kids"
- are they able to pass??
Dee
& "kids"
- great GG
kikfrd
- Congrats GG
Dr.
Liz
- GG, are you with cows now? They have the most amazing,
softest eyes ...
Dee
& "kids"
- hi Dr Liz
GirlyGirls
- They named a goat I helped deliver after me, years ago,
Nelson. Then one time I came up, and went to make dinner
and there will all little packages in the freezer with the
name Nelson on them. When my cousin wrote to ask if she
could name her new cow after me, I said as long as they
didn't serve her for dinner. So she's safe. That's the deal.
Jeanne
- He had an Xray at the Vet about 5 weeks ago and I've had
him on special food since then and for the last 2 weeks
no grain food. He goes back Monday for another Xray and
I would like to pray that the stone dissolves on it's own
so he doesn't have to have the surgery.
kikfrd
- OH NO!
GirlyGirls
- Haven't seen them yet this trip. Gosh, Liz, I should send
you a picture of me with my God--cow Nellie.
Dr.
Liz
- GG, feels like a great deal to me! LOL
Dr.
Liz
- GG, I'd love that!
Dr.
Liz
- Jeanne, yes, we'll pray for him.
GirlyGirls
- Cranberry powder will help her kitty, too, won't it Dr.
Liz? I still put it in Fergus' and GrayCat's food fairly
routinely to keep them clear.
Dee
& "kids"
- Jeanne- are you looking ot have a session with Dr Liz
to help determine what is going on with Pepe?
Dr.
Liz
- GG, yes. I've mentioned that to her already, I believe.
GirlyGirls
- What kind of water do you put in the water bowl Jeanne?
If it's tap, maybe switch to distilled?
Dr.
Liz
- GG, I believe I mentioned upgrading the water source,
too. You guys have really been paying attention during these
Chat'N'Prays!
Dr.
Liz
- GG, I recommend filtered over distilled, however, since
distilled can leach minerals out of the body.
GirlyGirls
- Funny, I told you I've been here in spirit Liz. . .though
I haven't been on line or read in a while! :-)
GirlyGirls
- How does distilled leach, Liz?
Dr.
Liz
- And you HAVE, GG!
Jeanne
- Yes, Pepe and I had a wonderful session with Dr. Liz.
I haven't found the cranberry capsules yet, but some of
the no grain food I found has cranberry in it and I'm giving
him filtered water, not the tap.
GirlyGirls
- It's the Angel Wonder Power Team collective thought thing.
. .we're all connected. . .
GirlyGirls
- Jeanne, I used to buy a cranberry powder from Dr. Khalsa,
still have some I use. I think it's called Cranberry Comfort.
For veterinary use, but good quality,
GirlyGirls
- Sounds like a earlobetail!
GirlyGirls
- Oh LOL!! Here we go again. C O C K tail!
Dr.
Liz
- I believe it has something to do with ions, positive and
negative ions. It depends on the terrain of the being drinking
it. But it happens. Had it happen to me, in fact, before
I learned.
GirlyGirls
- Gosh, having to write it like that makes it far more suggestive
than the real word
kikfrd
-
Jeanne
- I'll have to look for it, thank you!
Dr.
Liz
- GG LOL LOL LOL
GirlyGirls
- Yikes! I always drink distilled!
Dee
& "kids"
- Dr Liz- I had to resort to giving Jake Benadryll for his
incessent itching...it helps
Dr.
Liz
- Jeanne, one of the best supplements I've found is the
one I mentioned, Solaray's Cran-dophilus. It has live acidophilus
cultures in it, along with very assimilatable cranberry.
GirlyGirls
- Try histamine Dee? Dr. Liz recommended that for Pinky
once, was very helpful and I use it now. Guess it depends
on the source.
GirlyGirls
- Homeopathic histamine. . I use the Heel stuff.

RosieTara
- Hi everybody !
Dr.
Liz
- Dee, sometimes Benadryl is a good solution.
Dr.
Liz
- Hi, RT! Where are you? Germany or Australia?
kikfrd
- Hi RT
Dr.
Liz
- Or ... Singapore???
Dee
& "kids"
- what about the homeo remedy GG is talking about?
Cheryl
& kids
- Hi RT!
RosieTara
- Still another 3 days in Australia !
Jeanne
- Yes, Dr. Liz I have that one written down and may have
found a place to buy it...not close by though..
GirlyGirls
- Actually, Liz, here's a thought for Jeanne. My kittied
love the organic goat yogurt I eat every day. Plain, but
I mix the cranberry powder in there and they like that better
than when I mix it in the food. See. . same thought again.
.. :-) Love the connection
Dee
& "kids"
- Hi RT
Dr.
Liz
- Heel has good products. I use them and recommend them.
GirlyGirls
- ROSIEEEEE!!!! How nice to "see" you again!
Dee
& "kids"
- do you think I should switch Jake to that, and how do
you dose it?
RosieTara
- GG ...what a welcome :)))
Jeanne
- I think I'll feel better once we get the Xray Monday to
see if the stone is getting smaller.
GirlyGirls
- I'm so excited to be here. On a little break in New england
to see family. . been working a lot and missed too many
chats.
Dr.
Liz
- GG, I have found Goat yogurt to be an excellent carrier
for a number of things. I eat it myself!!!
GirlyGirls
- To be here on the chat, that is
Dr.
Liz
- GG, you're in New Hampshire? Where?
Dr.
Liz
- GG, it's wonderful to "see" you again! LOL!
GirlyGirls
- Liz, I SWEAR I think it's what keeps me from getting all
these little viruses everybody else gets. I eat it almost
every day. . a cup in the morning.
RosieTara
- Liz, before I forget to ask ...can dogs eat boiled potatoes
?
GirlyGirls
- Ashland, near New Hampton and Meredith. Not far form Winnepesaukee
Dr.
Liz
- RT, yes.
GirlyGirls
- Rosie, most dogs I know CAN eat anything. . but should
they?? well. . .
Dr.
Liz
- Unless they're allergic to them, it can be a good idea,
depending on the dog's situation, to have some boiled potatoes.
Dr.
Liz
- GG ... LOL!
Dr.
Liz
- GG ... very pretty there.
RosieTara
- Thanks, Liz....I wasn't sure , because I know onions cause
problems in dogs, right?
Dr.
Liz
- GG, me, too.
GirlyGirls
- It would be great to set you up to come up here to do
some event. . .my cousin's family runs the Dana Hill Horse
Show. . .lots of animals, vets, interesting people up here.
. would you consider?
GirlyGirls
- VERY pretty here. It is balmy today. Restores my spirit
quickly to be up here.
Dr.
Liz
- RT, yes, onions cause problems. Garlic often doesn't,
because even though it's in the onion family, the ingredient
that causes trouble for dogs, that's in onions, isn't in
garlic.
Dr.
Liz
- GG, I'd love it.
GirlyGirls
- BTW Liz, the remedy you suggested for the CO poisoning
was very helpful, I particularly noticed it helped Fannie
a lot. Tartaricum?
GirlyGirls
- Good, Liz, I'll talk it up with my cousins, see where
we can take it. Maybe Clare can join a chat some night,
too.
Dr.
Liz
- GG, LOL, I don't remember what I recommended. I usually
"sense" an animal, and then the recommendation
comes out of me! LOL!
GirlyGirls
- Liz, fannie always has a runny nose, clear, thin discharge,
sneezy sometimes, but seems here nose is always drippy,
but clear and light like water. Allergies?
Dee
& "kids"
- GG- how is Fannie doing now?
RosieTara
- The vet told me that I should buy packed bags with raw
vegetabels for Tara to feed them cooked with her diet pellets
GirlyGirls
- Coughs FAR less (so do I), Dee. She seemed pretty spaced
out for a while, better, more connected now, I think. Though
she seems to cry a bunch if she doesn't know where I am
in the house. . that is new since the "event"
Dr.
Liz
- Homeopet has a pretty good homeopathic remedy for dogs
who are itching and scratching. You might try their product.
Dee
& "kids"
- GG- have you had her on any Bach remedies?
GirlyGirls
- Antimonium Tartaricum, that was it, Liz. Just remembered.
Gave it to all the kitties and it really helped
GirlyGirls
- No, Dee. Why do you ask?
RosieTara
- Sometimes there are potatoes in them ,too.
Dr.
Liz
- I think it's called something very simple, like, Dog Itch
Relief, or something like that.
kikfrd
- Dr. Liz, quick question if I may, I came home from work
today to find that Fred had been sick with diarreah and
was vomitting. Can you tell if he is feeling better or should
I enclose him in a room tomorrow while I'm at work?
Dr.
Liz
- GG, yes, that sounds familiar! LOL!
GirlyGirls
- kikfrd. . you would make Liz responsible for the welfare
of your carpets??? :-)
Dr.
Liz
- RT, are you wanting Tara to loose weight?
GirlyGirls
- Liz, make her sign a waiver!! LOL!!
kikfrd
- LOL! of course-i trust her immensly!
Dee
& "kids"
- yes-Dr Liz-im looking at it now...skin & itch relief
Dr.
Liz
- GG LOL LOL LOL!
RosieTara
- Liz, Tar is on Walnut and rescue remedy and seems sooo
placid....:)))
Dr.
Liz
- Dee, that sounds right.
RosieTara
- Yes she is on RD Hills food....she lost already 800g...:)
Dr.
Liz
- RT, I'm glad.
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd, have you given Fred anything, like Pumpkin or
psylliium husks, to help him?
GirlyGirls
- (GOsh - I forgot all about pumpkin. . used to mix it in
the food. Info. I need, Fergus gets diarhhea often)
RosieTara
- Liz, me .too....her weight was 39 kg ! She is always hungry...:)))

GirlyGirls
- thumbers, welcome! That's a fun name!
Dr.
Liz
- Hi, Thumbers!
kikfrd
- He won't eat the pumpkin so I've been giving him Lactulose.
This last week has been very emotional for me and although
I'm getting better everyday, I wonder if this had anything
to do with it.
Dr.
Liz
- RT, when an animal is always hungry, they're usually missing
important nutrients.
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd, Dear One, gently I offer, you KNOW it has . .
.
RosieTara
- Wow ! I didn't know that ....
RosieTara
- How do
kikfrd
- I do know that. And I think I had a release today and
I guess Fred must have had too!
GirlyGirls
- The nutrient Fergus is missing, I think, is belief in
security and love. He's like adopting a teenager from an
abusive household. Can be sooo sweet, but then really acts
out. And he believes food is love.
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd, LOL, Fred's release may not have been the kind
you were hoping for ... LOL!

RosieTara
- How does one know which nutrients , Liz ?
GirlyGirls
- LOL Liz. . .
kikfrd
- But cleaning the house kept me nice and occupied and in
the moment
Dr.
Liz
- GG, that's a fear response, which is actually what our
topic is, tonight. When we are missing a belief in security
and love, we are afraid.
Dr.
Liz
- RT, I usually have a sense of that w hen I'm sensing an
animal in a session. Often, the animal will tell me.
Dr.
Liz
- However, now, it's time for our topic discussion ...
Dr.
Liz
- (Kikfrd, LOL, I'll bet it did!)
GirlyGirls
- I worry when I'm away because he harasses Fannie, and
scrathed GrayCat on the eye one night recently.
kikfrd
- I've been dealing with irrational fear all week so it's
great we are continuing with this subject
RosieTara
- Hm...how do we do that with Tara, Liz?
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd, share how you recognize "irrational"
fear ... it may help others here.
Dr.
Liz
- RT, email me on that one.
RosieTara
- kikfrd, iam looking forward to our topic, too

RosieTara
- Okay, Liz
Dr.
Liz
- GG, Jeanne, RT, thumbers, perhaps you can share, too.
GirlyGirls
- thumbers, you are having trouble hangingon to the connection
Dr.
Liz
- Thumbers ... you okay navigating the chatroom?
kikfrd
- I've been dealing with abandonment issues, when I really
have not been abandonded. I wake up having anxiety attacks
and work on it during the day to rationalize my way out.
Jeanne
- If you looked up Irrational Fear in the dict. you would
see my picture!
Dr.
Liz
- For me, irrational thinking leads to irrational fear.
Often it takes the form of an "idea" or a "reason"
for something, or a "belief", or a "conversation"
that does it's best to take over my mind and my behavior.
Dr.
Liz
- Anyone recognize that?
RosieTara
- I am very restless and nervous at the moment ...I am not
sure if I want to call it FEAR...but it is not a pleasan
t feeling
Dee
& "kids"
- yes
Dr.
Liz
- Jeanne ... LOL!
Jeanne
- My mind can definitely take over in a bad way!
GirlyGirls
- I've been going through a lovely muting of my irrational
fears through belief in connectedness with all things Divine.
It's a good journey. I like learning through joy . . .prefer
it actually!
Dr.
Liz
- Sometimes the "conversation" runs around and
around in my head.
RosieTara
- yes
Dr.
Liz
- GG, we learn through insight, or we learn through suffering.
The choice is ours.
kikfrd
- I had a very interesting experience today with Dee. I
was feeling anxious and was bordering panic. I have been
plagued w/these attacks since I was 8 or 9 years old.
Dr.
Liz
- And when I find out "something else" is true
... I wonder, "How on earth did that idea or thought
have control of me for all that time?"
RosieTara
- Wonderful GG
GirlyGirls
- I've been receiving so much reassurance in the last few
months, it's a wellspring , and I am so grateful. Not that
all is easy in my life, but I am able to see beyond it.
Jeanne
- What does one do when they have no way of 'proving' if
their fear is irrational or not?
Dr.
Liz
- GG, me, too. Although a lot of my life, that wasn't how
I learned! I certainly have been, recently!
Dr.
Liz
- GG, share with us, when an irrational fear arises, what
you do ...
kikfrd
- She was able to point out that the panic i was feeling
was just that little girl again popping up. When she said
that I could feel the anxiety separating itself from me.
I then went outside for a little pacing, found myself crying,
and the anxiety was gone
Dee
& "kids"
- i think you just have to look at what you are experiencing,
and see it for what IT really is...
GirlyGirls
- Oh, Liz, I am able to draw on hope, I think. I see the
vision of what is within me to create in my life, and the
fears do not loom so large, they diminish.
GirlyGirls
- Hard to express.
Dr.
Liz
- Jeanne, at one level, all fear is irrational. Awareness
of one's safety, and a threat to one's safety, doesn't have
to elicit a fear response. In a trained being, it elicits
a wisdom response based on education and experience.
Cheryl
& kids
- Fear and anxiety is often a result from a projected outcome
that hasn't even happened..often we do not face the issues
we have due to the fear of the outcome...not realizing that
the buildup and anxiety over "what could be" is
often far worse than what it would be if we actually faced
the fear
Dee
& "kids"
- and try to rationalize if the fear is a true jeopardizing
of your security, or just a fear that you can't handle what
you see before you
Dr.
Liz
- GG, I figured we'd all feel your energy in this, how you
express it, is perfect.
Cheryl
& kids
- Great point Dr. Liz
Dr.
Liz
- Cheryl, I call that "awfulizing". A lot of people
do it. The "ain't it awful" players, or the "ain't
it going to be awful" players.
kikfrd
- It can be frustrating when you know what the reality is,
but the emotions block you from finding relief in that.
Dr.
Liz
- I have come to distrust the energy of rationalization.
Jeanne
- that make sense..i guess i just need a LOT more education
in this dept!
RosieTara
- It is also the law of attraction again...the way you think
... is what you get...right?
Cheryl
& kids
- I think perhaps the hardest part is truely seeing a situation
for what it IS
Dr.
Liz
- Fear and anxiety can also occur as "contagious"
in someone who is inexperienced in centering him/her-self.
Dee
& "kids"
- often is is easier to share with someone what you are
experiencing, and if they can give you "an outside"
opinion...one w/o the emotion behind it to see it more clearly
Dr.
Liz
- Cheryl, the truest way to see any situation is, "I
don't know."
GirlyGirls
- Liz, you wrote a few frames ago about fear arising from
a disbelief in security and love. I guess that is what I
am realizing, that security and love is beyond how we define
it. I've found that clearing my energy is so helpful, cutting
the cord meditations distance me from my own fear. It was
amazing to me to realize that I feared abundance!! It wasn't
so much I feared lack, but had a hard time opening myself
to thinking I could "handle" abundance. Foreign,
in a way.
Dr.
Liz
- RT, it's the way you think, along with the intensity of
the emotion you're feeling that is linked to how you think,
that activates the law of attraction. GG, that's beautiful..
kikfrd
- I pray for the moment when I can find balance again. It
comes but ever so briefly.
RosieTara
- So true , dee
Dee
& "kids"
- wow GG
RosieTara
- Thanks Liz
GirlyGirls
- The prayer I pulled from your writing on a healing chat
one night. . ."the core belief that causes all sufferering.
. the fear of separation from the oneness of all that is"
thumbers
- hello
GirlyGirls
- something like that. . .not quite right, my memory is
sketchy sometimes.
Dr.
Liz
- GG, lovely. The greatest value of cutting the cords, is,
to get one's Self OUT of the "thinking" about
something ... to DROP the conversations.
Dr.
Liz
- Hi, Thumbers!
Dee
& "kids"
- Kikfrd- but you Do know that when you feel it...it is
just pracitse that will make those episodes be longer and
stronger
thumbers
- hello
GirlyGirls
- Thumbers, you made it!!
Dee
& "kids"
- Drop- that is the key...stop it before it starts
RosieTara
- Hi Thumbers
thumbers
- can't believe it took me so long to figure out how to
post
Dr.
Liz
- Thumbers, congratulations! You figured it out on ONE chat!!!
Not everyone does!!!
kikfrd
- I just miss being balanced, I just got it only 7 months
ago but I really like it!
GirlyGirls
- kikfrd, can I tell you an interesting story about learning
something about how I pray? may take a minute, I don't want
to be imposing
thumbers
- lmao
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd LOL LOL LOL
kikfrd
- PLEASE DO!
Jeanne
- Sometimes I can take an imaginary remote control and try
to change the channel in my head to a more positive station.
Cheryl
& kids
- It really is so important to "recognize" when
we are "thinking" and having those incessant conversations
within ourselves and change the energy that we are giving
to the fear...if we catch ourseves we can interrupt the
building of the negative energy
Dr.
Liz
- GG, your prayer stories are beautiful, I love them, please
go for it ...
Dr.
Liz
- Jeanne, I teach that one in my workshops ... how to change
the channel, just like that! LOL!
RosieTara
- Jeanne...great picture !
Dee
& "kids"
- Cheryl- very right!
Dee
& "kids"
- great practice Jeanne
Dr.
Liz
- Cheryl, one of the tastest ways to interrupt the conversations,
is to watch the flow ... just watch the thoughts. Dispassionately
observing. After about 3 m inutes, they stop.
Jeanne
- Wow, so my ideas aren't so nutty. HA!
kikfrd
- Yes, but I've been waking up with them... I'm not aware
of where my mind is going
Dee
& "kids"
- So Dr Liz- what can Kikfrd to do stave off the anxiety
that hits her as soon a s she wakes up??
Dr.
Liz
- And I use the remote control, to teach it!
GirlyGirls
- Last fall, I was cleaning out my dressers, clothing. I
got rid of the faded and worn stuff, and next thing I knew,
my drawers were empty save a couple of sweaters. Hmm, I
thought, I need to fill these drawers up with sweaters.
That's all. . small case need. Next thing I knew, a box
of fabulous sweaters came from my friend who had moved to
California, all gorgeous, high end. I thought about how
I prayed about stuff and said.. .ARRGGH!! ANGST!! I NEED
SUCH AND SUCH!!! ARRGGH! ANGST!!! what I was expressing
in the latter was fear!! For Pete's sake!! FEAR IS NOT A
PRAYER!!!
Dee
& "kids"
- would it be some sort of affirmation before bed, or a
plan as soon as she gets up???
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd, do you eat right before going to bed, or shortly
before going to bed?
Cheryl
& kids
- In reading A New Earth i really loved the part where they
talk about being completely present in the moment when you
catch yourself having fears....taking a few deep breaths
and focusing on the life-giving force of the breath is a
great positive thought and action that bring you ever present
in that moment
GirlyGirls
- Liz. . that is the objective witness stance in yoga. I
love that.
Dr.
Liz
- GG, yes.
kikfrd
- really haven't been eating much... lost a little weight
but the Ensure has been helping
Jeanne
- That's a great story GG!
GirlyGirls
- Anyway, when I created the sweaters, it was a simple visual
calm and unquestioning thought about what I needed. . very
different from the angst of my other fear prayers.
thumbers
- you can have some of my excess, where do i send it?
GirlyGirls
- The fear prayers seem to scream IT WON"T HAPPEN!
IT CAN"T HAPPEN!! WHAT WILL I DO IF IT DOESN"T
HAPPEN!!
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd, I'm sensing that the morning anxiety is coming
from food choices ... or dehydration ... or both.
kikfrd
- GG very good. take the drama out
Dr.
Liz
- thumbers ... LOL!
RosieTara
- GG great story....
thumbers
- im very new to all these concepts
GirlyGirls
- Just not be in the drama. . trust that it is natural and
normal to be cared and provided for within the Divine/Oneness/Love.
Okay. done. . now I can get on with fulfilling my Divine
Destiny. .
kikfrd
- I can't argue with that. It's just my body shuts down.
I can sit there with food in my mouth but can't swallow.
GirlyGirls
- Thanks, RT
RosieTara
- gg iam in such a state with my flight......:(
Dr.
Liz
- kikfrd, there's a wonderful morning meditation from Silva
Mind Control ... one listens to it upon awakening, before
one gets out of bed. Very powerful, effective, uplifting.
kikfrd
- I've just been so unbalanced this last week I find it
very difficult to find that life force in me
Dee
& "kids"
- Gg thanks for sharing your story...proof that positive
thinking works in your favor
Dr.
Liz
- RT, you can take Rescue Remedy, and no-jet-lag.
GirlyGirls
- kikfrd, I've known that feeling and know how difficult
it is to change lanes on that highway.
RosieTara
- GG ..that is exactly what I do...I trust the UNIVERSE....
Cheryl
& kids
- GG--I'm gonna open my wallet and try your theory...lol!
RosieTara
- Liz ...I do...it will be okay !!!:)
Dee
& "kids"
- Kikfrd- i thin you are mistaking what you are feeling,
you are going through this process to "clear out"
what you dont need,, making room for more balance
GirlyGirls
- Hee! Hee!
Dr.
Liz
- What I love about GG's story, is that she cleaned out
the space, had the thought, and the Universe filled it ...
literally. That's how it works. Mother Teresa once said,
"Even God can't fill a cup that is already full."
thumbers
- ABFE Emergency Essence is very good also
Dr.
Liz
- Cheryl, the way to do that with money, is to circulate
it.
Dee
& "kids"
- you are clearing out the clutter, and making more room
for hte positive
GirlyGirls
- Liz, you asked about fear, and where I feel the fear is
upper chest/sternum. . .it is physical when I feel it. Like
a block in my energy to allowing things to come in. I SAY
I want them, but don't clear the path. Fear is slick, tricky,
not nice.
kikfrd
- I know I'll be exiting the highway soon, it just seems
like the next exit is a 100 miles away LOL
Dr.
Liz
- GG, fear in the upper chest/sternum, is usually love-based
fear. In the mid-body, it's usually identify based fear.
Fear will always tell you what's going on in your thinking
and/or your belief system, by where you feel it.
Dee
& "kids"
- but at least you know where you are headed
GirlyGirls
- Gratitude is the most wonderful prayer. I like Dr. Daniel
Amen's thing about finding 5 points of gratitude every morning
and focusing on them throughout the day. A psychological/neurological
approach to good brain health, but the prayer of gratitude
opens the channel for more to come throuigh. . a lovely
reciprocity.

Dee

- Kikfrd - does Dr Liz last statement ring true for you
- where you "feel' it?
Dr.
Liz
- Dee, one of the most powerful things we can do, from the
Universe's point of view, is get rid of clutter ... in any
area ... body, thoughts, house, car, closets, lawns ...
Cheryl
& kids
- one way I attract abundance is at the end of every day,
I keep a list by my bedside called "abundance list"...every
night I write down things I received throughout the day
as a "thank-you" to the Universe for my abundance....Kikfrd...I
often put a put of coffee in the morning at work on that
list : )
RosieTara
- I feel it in my chest/ heart area...
GirlyGirls
- Sure, the love based fear is right-on. I am learning my
life lesson is to give love where it can be received. Shake
the dust from my feet, so to speak, from the rest.
GirlyGirls
- Tough, confusing childhood
kikfrd
- absolutely. I have it below my heart and down to the sacral,
touching upon the root chakra
Dr.
Liz
- A process I love, for handling fear, is the Emotional
Freedom Technique. You can find excellent information on
it both in our past "Chat'N'Prays" and also at
mercola.com.
Dee
& "kids"
- Dr Liz- can you eleaboate on mid body based fears.....
GirlyGirls
- I know the work, Liz. Have done some, not consistently
for a while, just working too many hours.
Dr.
Liz
- GG, the lesson is to radiate love, not necessarily give
love where it can be received.
RosieTara
- Past chats......when wiil our past chat be available...LIz
?
GirlyGirls
- Thanks, Liz.
Dr.
Liz
- RT, I'm the reason they're not up yet. I haven't had the
time to edit and post them. I'm looking for a faster way
to do it.
Dr.
Liz
- Dee, yes. Mid-body fears are identify fears ... the conversation
is usually, "who am I, really?
RosieTara
- That's okay ...take all the time you need ...i will check
by and now
GirlyGirls
- This is the same way I mean it Liz. But there are those
who I allow to repeat patterns in my life. . .some people
fear those who radiate love and seek to undermine it, attack
it in ways. We can radiate love, but we also must protect.
Dr.
Liz
- oops .. identity not identify.
kikfrd
- LOL! yup that rings true. I've always been concerned and
understanding about everyone else but never myself
Dee
& "kids"
- kikfrd- Im buying you a morror!!!...LOL
Dr.
Liz
- GG, yes. Energetic protection is very important.
GirlyGirls
- I'm pretty darn good at radiating love, it's been one
of my mediations for many years (Kuthumi, Studies on the
Human Aura. . I am light, . .. radiating light. . know it?)
done it for over 25 years.
kikfrd
- ok but i'ld rather have a mirror
RosieTara
- kikfrd...sounds familiar :)
Dee
& "kids"
- LOL
Dr.
Liz
- GG, radiate it to yourself. Do you?
Dee
& "kids"
- do you even know what a morror is?? lol
GirlyGirls
- Hmm. . now there's a question. . lately, yes, starting
to get the hang of it. I have another good story to tell
you, Liz, another Saint story, but it is private. Will call
kikfrd
- oh there's such a thing?
Dr.
Liz
- RT, thanks. At the moment, it takes about 45 minutes per
chat, to edit it and convert it and get it onto the web-site.
:)
GirlyGirls
- Thanks, Liz, that's a beautiful thought, clarifying.
RosieTara
- LOL kikfrd
kikfrd
- ok seriously... what's a morror?
Dee
& "kids"
- maybe you answered a little to quickly huh??lol
Dr.
Liz
- Thumbers, you still there?
Jeanne
- Yes, I would like to know what a morror is also?
Dr.
Liz
- GG, you're welcome.
thumbers
- yes, Im just listening
GirlyGirls
- Poor thumbers. . .
RosieTara
- me. too !
GirlyGirls
- Okay, that's good thumbers, thought we lost you again.
. . :-)
Dee
& "kids"
- ok, i looked it up...i admit- i mistyped
Dee
& "kids"
- maybe I'll invent something it can be
Dr.
Liz
- GG, start with radiating it to yourself in a mirror ...
at least 10 minutes. See if you can last the 10 minutes.
Most people can't, the first time.
GirlyGirls
- I still want to know, at some point, how you came up with
such a smiley happy name
kikfrd
- LOL
GirlyGirls
- I'll bet, Liz
Dee
& "kids"
- - I'll let you know ....to-morrow!
thumbers
- no, i am just learning about many things, my cats just
had their first session with an AC
Dr.
Liz
- Thumbers, I love your name, too! :) :) :)
thumbers
- thumbers was a hemingway cat
RosieTara
- Cute name !

Cheryl

GirlyGirls
- I never heard of a hemingway cat. .. you still miss him..
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd ... well, we can all commit to using a morror between
now and next time! LOL!
Jeanne
- How exactly do ;you radiate love to yourself? (see I told
you I was new at this)
kikfrd
- so sorry thumbers. I just lost a dog that way. and he
was a GREAT friend
Dee
& "kids"
- A morrow is...a mirror that you use to send MOre love
to yourself...you use this mirrow b/c it very clearly reflects
how beautiful you are!
thumbers
- no, we never really bonded, i have 3 now, 2 have issues
Dr.
Liz
- Jeanne, feel love completely throughout your body, including
even your toes, without a thought.
thumbers
- he's not dead, he was my exes all the time, he resented
me
thumbers
- lol
Cheryl
& kids
- and a mAURA is a mirror you use to see the energy you
have around you...lol
kikfrd
- I wonder if thumbers is my alter ego
GirlyGirls
- Funny, Liz, an older intuitive astrologist I do relfexology
on has told me many times to dance naked, happily, in front
of a mirror for 10 minutes every day. . . :-)
Dee
& "kids"
- NICE Cheryl...
kikfrd
- same here.
Dr.
Liz
- GG, she was right on. Weather permitting, I water dance
naked in my swimming pool. :)
kikfrd
- Good one cheryl
GirlyGirls
- DIdn't think he was dead, just thought you missed him,
using his name. . .but you use his name because he resented
you? i'm confused. . the plot thickens on the happy name.
. hmmm. .
Dr.
Liz
- Cheryl, or, an AURA is what OTHERS see, to see the energy
around you! LOL!
RosieTara
- Sorry I have to leave for a while ...the painter has finished
his work and wants his well deserved money...see you ..
GirlyGirls
- And you are right, Liz. . VERY difficult to do it for
ten minutes. Okay, I'll go back to practicing. .
kikfrd
- 2 nights ago I found myself in a great mood and I danced
and sang to the cats to feed them that energy for a change
GirlyGirls
- I like to dance, anyway
GirlyGirls
- :-)
Dr.
Liz
- We always feel everyone else's aura. We feel our own,
too. We just have varying degrees of awareness about it.
Dr.
Liz
- Kikfrd, that's lovely!
Dee
& "kids"
- happy you visited RT
kikfrd
- hurry back rt
Dr.
Liz
- And even more varying degrees of response to what we're
feeling.
kikfrd
- when I feel like that I grab the chance to eat, drink
and be merry!
Dr.
Liz
- RT ... come back when you can!
thumbers
- well, when i first got a computer we were together, and
I used that as an id for so long, I guess I miss thumbers
more than ex
Jeanne
- I used to love to dance with Buddy Luv cat who passed
over 1 year ago!
Dr.
Liz
- All .. it's time for the healing prayer portion of our
Chat'N'Pray.
GirlyGirls
- GrayCat has a tendency to pass gas when people sing, voice
students, me. . .he LOVES music, gets so happy he PURRRRRSSS.
.. I thought it was my student, she thought it was me the
first couple times, then as it started being, um, evident
while otehr students were there, I figured out it was GrayCat
Dr.
Liz
- Everyone, please choose a Name, that works for you, to
represent all that is holy and sacred and divine in your
life ... and key it into the chatroom.
GirlyGirls
- LOL!! Thumbers, it happens!
Dee
& "kids"

- LOL!

Dr.
Liz

Dr.
Liz
- Divine LOve, LOve Divine, Divine Universe, Holy spirit,
Universal God, Scred Universe, we say your Names with Trust
and Security.
Dr.
Liz
- We say your Names with confidence in your being there,
and with Love.
Dr.
Liz
- We feel the energy of your Name, in fill us.
Dr.
Liz
- We know we are one with you, and you are one with us.
Dr.
Liz
- We know we combine together, You and We.
Dr.
Liz
- We are One.
Dr.
Liz
- As we breathe in deeply now, and out completely now, we
feel our Oneness even more powerfully.
Dr.
Liz
- In every cell of our bodies, we feel our Oneness.
Dr.
Liz
- Before me, is the Basket of Blessings, containing hundreds
of prayer requests.
Dr.
Liz
- Each person in her own way, now, radiate the sacred healing
love of the Name, to those in the Basket. Often it works
for people, to beam their hands towards their computer screen,
setting the intention to have the energy flow into the Basket
between me and the screen here.
Dr.
Liz
- Holy Ones by All the Names, use us now, to send healing
prayer energy to those in the Basket .. people, animals,
and situations ... for whom healing p rayer energy is requested.
Dr.
Liz
- We know that all that is good comes through YOU, we are
vessels for your goodness.
Dr.
Liz
- We honor and thank you for being here with us at this
time.
Dr.
Liz
- We flow your healing prayer energy, to all in the basket,
in grace and perfect ways, with harm to none.
Dr.
Liz
- And it is so.
Dee
& "kids"
- Amen
GirlyGirls
- Amen!
Dr.
Liz
- it is time now, to enter the names of any other animals,
people, or situations, for whom healing prayer energy is
requested.
Cheryl
& kids
- And it is so...Amen!
Dr.
Liz
- Amen!
kikfrd

kikfrd
- For Duke, may the illness he is feeling is Erlichia and
not cancer
GirlyGirls
- For Buddy the dog of Conshohocken, PA, who transitioned
shortly after Easter, a great and happy release to his beautiful
spirit, and gratitude for his friendship.
kikfrd
- For me-that I may find balance and step squarely on the
path I am meant to lead
Dr.
Liz
- For all of us here, that we may unblock the causes of
fear within us, and release the fear, knowing that the Universe
will fill it with Love.
GirlyGirls
- For the family of Ed F. of Hawthorne, NY, Divine consolation
in their grief.
Dee
& "kids"
- I second Dr Liz's intention for us all
GirlyGirls
- For fannie, Fergus and GrayCat, that they are kind a peaceful
toward one another, and remain healthy and strong, and helpful
to one another while I am away.
kikfrd
- For all of us here-may we continue to radiate beauty in
the world
Dr.
Liz
- And if anyone is feeling fear about being full of love,
release THAT, too! LOL!
thumbers
- for Kim so tha she can find peace and joy
GirlyGirls
- Amen to that, Liz
kikfrd
- LOL!
Dee
& "kids"
- that we see the situations before us through eyes of confidence,
beleiving that we are capable and worthy of balance &
peace
Dr.
Liz
- For Mr. Smudge, to continue his steady improvement in
wellness and happiness!
Cheryl
& kids
- That all of us learn the techniques that work for each
of us to help face life's situations with honesty and not
fear, trusting the divine Universe's plan for us
kikfrd
- yeah Mr. Smudge
thumbers
- wow, one of my cats is also Smudge, she is the happy,
well adjusted one
Dr.
Liz
- I am so happy for him! We did a Girl Scout's Animal adoption
event on Saturday morning, his first "official"
outing with me ... he loved it ... he won the girls' hearts
immediately ... and he LOVED being a spokes-dog for the
"possiblity" for senior adopted dogs!
Jeanne
- Amen to that Dee
Dee
& "kids"
- awesome Dr liz
Dr.
Liz
- Thumbers, I feel "Mr. Smudge" is also happy
and well adjusted!
GirlyGirls
- AWPT, I need your energy to move forward a very wonderful
inspiration for my business, and I have conversations with
two people about it next week. .. for building a "seniors
chorus" and other ensembles wtih seniors in two nearby
retirement facilities. Please continue to surround me and
this project with your love and prayers, and help me continue
to release my fear of abundance and fulfillment.
Dr.
Liz

he even found a choral director ... find someone on the

RosieTara
- I have to say goodbye...please pray for me that my trip
wiil be peaceful amd happy and my Soul mate Tara , too !!!.
GirlyGirls
- Cheryl, these are intentions I wrote down several months
ago, and the opportunities have been manifested, now it's
getting everyone on board. . I HAVE been seeing it! Isn't
that wonderful?
kikfrd

Dee

helped make it all possible, along with, of course, finding
a great choral director ... which you are, GG!
GirlyGirls
- RT was sooo good to hear your voice!
RosieTara
- Love you all....will miss you the 6 weeks i am away...will
try to join the chat from Germany...:)))
Jeanne
- Best wishes on your trip, RT
Dr.
Liz
- RT, prayers for your safety and joy in your flight. and
visit.
Dr.
Liz
- RT, we will miss you. DO stay in touch via email when
you can!
GirlyGirls
- That's what I'm doing now Liz. .. I have meetings to get
it off the ground with the residential services directors
at each location
Dr.
Liz
- RT, oh, that would be wonderful, if you could join from
Germany!!!
GirlyGirls
- I'm thinking not just one chorus, but barbershop, sweet
mads. bell choir.
thumbers
- safe trip
RosieTara
- Thank You! Danke schoen !
GirlyGirls
- I have a very very strong vocal/choral background in addition
to piano. . would be fun to conduct again.
kikfrd
- Bitte
Dr.
Liz
- GG, the residential services directors are likely to know
who is the most popular person in their faciltiies, that
people listen to and will join in when that person asks
them to. Make sure to ask them, and then meet with the person(s).

- Cool, thanks, Liz
Dr.
Liz
- Jeanne, that is VERY common here! I'm glad you got a chance
to see it! We have many hundreds of stories of animals showing
very profoundly, that they know the energy that flows here.
kikfrd
- That happens Jeanne. Although my cats usually just meow
at me
GirlyGirls
- The people at the one place have been asking for someone
to come in and do this. I just had my first recital there,
had to change locations because my regular location was
under construction. Then I saw it, so i asked the res. dir.
about it, she paused long, then said, they've been wanting
this. . .
GirlyGirls

brother says about stuff. . .God Willing, and Nobody gets

Dr.
Liz

her cat had NEVER come into her computer room, until she
joined in a chat ... and then the cat kept walking across
her keyboard during the chat'n'pray!!! LOL!!!
Dr.
Liz
- GG, find out who the "they" is, in the res.

now back at home.. .
GirlyGirls

Jeanne

Dr.
Liz
- Let's say a collective ;prayer now for RT, that she have
a safe and fulfilling trip; that she be free of fear while
flying; and that her beloved Tara, who will be in Australia
for six weeks while RT is in Germany, experiences emotional
peace during RT's absense.
GirlyGirls
- Okay, to bed here. long travel day today. Liz, I like
the idea of you coming up here, maybe part of the Dana Hill
horse Show. . .Love to all, thank you, as ever, to Dr. Liz
for gathering us all in with her radiating light!! XOXOXOXO
