Dr. Liz - Lauren, yes, there is a topic. The catalyst was part of last night's Teleconference. Rev. Kerry pointed out that I'm living a Spirit-directed life. It occurred to me that we could discuss what is the difference between leading a Spirit-directed life, and living a life like we're told about in movies the The Secret, in other words, a self-manifested life.

Suzy - I've tried Safari and Mozilla browsers and it isn't updating. Weird.
Cheryl & Kids - Lauren...every few seconds click the Update button
Dr. Liz - Lauren, some browsers do that. I find that Internet Explorer and FireFox seem to update correctly most of the time. You get get around it by hittting the enter key or the update key on an Empty Box.

jane - I think I used firefox once an it would not update. I switched back to Internet Explorer.

Dr. Liz - Jane, yes. I attended a flute workshop this past Sunday. I played my flute. I was amazed at how many people afterwards came up to me and told me "what peace" they had felt when I was playing. This was after only two months of learning/practice!

mary - I was called to guatemala, and when I got there had no idea why. I went to a clairvoyant who said I was there to bring light during a very dark time in their history, and that if I decided to stay, all my needs would be taken care of. The moment I finally decided to stay and see what would unfold, someone came up to me and asked if I knew anyone who could stay at her apartment while she was gone for 3 months.

Emmacat - I was at a meditation retreat before I had to go on a trip for work as a conference registrar. I had the feeling I needed to leave and go print out all of the attendees names on letterhead. Ridiculous, but I did it. When we arrived at the conference, it turns out that the name badges had been shipped to the wrong location, so I just used what I had printed to create the badges...

Dr. Liz - As I entered the bookstore, I saw a little cafe. As my eyes scanned those sitting t here, I caught a woman just sitting down (yes, at that very moment), with a book and a cup of tea.
Kathryn - For me it is both a feeling and voice.
Dr. Liz - Guidance said, "Go over to her. Sit down."
Dr. Liz - So I did.
Lauren - I find that I am very sensitive to animals in distress. And I don't have the what ever to help -- just say, I'm so sorry, and ask Goddess to help.
maggie - When I hear or see words I know its most accurate but sometimes I can't tell the timing
Dr. Liz - Guidance then used me to say to her, "Your brother is fine. You will hear tonight, that he is fine."
mary - For me, it is both a feeling and a voice.

Dr. Liz - She looked at me and started to cry. She also had a feeling cross her face of, "You'd better not be fooling with me, you'd better be right," along with a mix of "how dare you" and then she settled into receiving the message and crying some more.
