Dee&HBJ - Fa- my husband & I both on the same day got the thought to change it...after calling him that for over 2 mnths now

Dr. Liz - YES! There's a little more ... the Shelter name doesn't make him feel like your home is his forever home. He wants to let all of that go.

Dee&HBJ - Dr Liz- there is something about Niko that i connect deeply too...i can not explain..i just feel so much for him.
Dr. Liz - Dee ... it was not his name before the shelter renamed him. He wants that name because he picked up the beautiful energy of the Niko I mentioned by name earlier. A beautiful animal who feels very much loved in his home, knows it's a forever home for him, and really loves his humans. He wants that energy in his life in a strong way, and a name is a very strong way to keep the energy living.

Dr. Liz - Fa is correct ... part of "being all that we can be" is becoming aware of and "witnessing" everything that we truly are ... and that can be an issue, too ... sometimes people don't want to look truly into who they are and who they aren't ... what they do well and what they don't ... strengths, weaknesses, etc.
Joanne - For me now, it's not about content it's about relationship
Rosie Tara - I often have the feeling that I can't fulfill the task I have for this lifetime....it makes me sad...
Dr. Liz - Now me, here, I haven't always wanted to "see" some parts of me ...

Dee&HBJ - i think this comes from a movie Evan Almightly (i think) that when we ask for happiness, do we get happiness, or an opportunity to find/make happines?..i guess "life" is always giving us opportunities, and if we see them as such , we can achieve great things

Dr. Liz - There seem to be two schools on this, Dee ... one is the Mother Theresa school that says, you cannot do great things, only small things one after the other, with great love ... and this turns into great things ... I love that one ...

Dr. Liz - Another way of looking at it is, we are ALWAYS being "all that we can be" in the moment ... for we always do what we do, and don't do what we don't do, and that, quite simply, is IT! LOL!

Dr. Liz - So a part of our journey, is to learn how to be totally happy, even joyfully at peace, with our lives as they are right now, in this moment!

Dr. Liz - There's a group of people who have taken the technology of Rapid Data Transfer to a new level ... make it deliverable via a computer link ... and offered modules to deprogram and reprogram the subsconscious mind quickly and easily in quite literally minutes a week.

Dr. Liz - They call the service, PATHS, which stands for Programs Authoring The Human Subconscious. There are dozens of "modules" you can "access" via computer in what they call "Theatres" ... 4 modules to a theatre.

Dr. Liz - The technology of quite literally programming or deprogramming the subconscious human mind has been around for quite some time ...
Dr. Liz - It actually started in the late 1920

Dr. Liz - And has grown considerably since then ... I personally worked on one of the first "artificial intelligence" programs when I was working at an IBM research lab DECADES ago!

Dr. Liz - RDT is the VERY Rapid transfer of instructions to the mind ... to locate and erase what doesn't work towards a specific end, and program what does. The RDT these people are using, is based in unconditional love and profound peace and harmony.

Dr. Liz - I've been "playing" with, learning, and using a number of the RDT "modules" offered by these people since April ... I've been results sometimes within days and sometimes within weeks. They're amazing.

Dr. Liz - Go to the web-site, click on Products (left-hand side), and when the Products page loads, you'll see two columns of module "categories". Below that is "List all modules." What I suggest, is what I did ... LOL ... which is, go through the list. Read them. Note the ones that absolutely delight you or the ones you want in your life. And then if you like, email or telephone me. I'll help you choose which ones to "start" with.

Dr. Liz - RT ... yes. Everything has a vibration. RT, all, you've all walked into a room I'm sure, or looked at someone, and "felt" instantly, where that person is with his/her thoughts ... thinking/feeling "good" thoughts or "bad" thoughts ...

Dr. Liz - The ability to measure thoughts individual vibrations, and also, to create vibrations which will create certain thoughts, has been available for about 90 years now.
Joanne - are light and sound just the medium they travel through?

Dr. Liz - Even before that, if you recognize that PEOPLE have been able to do that since the first mother heard her child crying for her!
Fa&Friends - Robin does Thought Field Therapy, which is another way of tapping into the energy patterns to release & replace negative energies with positive ones

Dr. Liz - RT, most unhappiness comes from two conflicting human experiences: the desire for things to be different, and resistance to change.

Dee&HNJ - Dr Liz- you hit the nail on the head
Dr. Liz - Fa, yes, Thought Field Therapy is effective. Except usually it needs a person to "do it on and for" you. EFT (emotional freedom technique) of course is something we can do to ourselves. In this approach, the PATHS approach, you simply log onto a web-site, put on head phones, and sit there watching a screen for 3 - 12 minutes a week. It's very easy.
Dee&HNJ - i also think unhappiness comes from expecting that othrs are always the ones that need to change to us to get our happiness

Rosie Tara - maybe unhappiness is not the right word....being restless maybe...
Dr. Liz - I'll share something very personal. Many of you know my daughter and I became estranged in May of 2007, when on Mother's Day, she announced she "hated me" and never wanted to see me again ... and that at the same time, she refused to let me see my grandchildren.

Dr. Liz - That kept up into May of this year.

Dr. Liz - Except there's a ho'oponopono module in PATHS ... I loaded it in early May ... I didn't do anything else "EXCEPT" (LOL BIG EXCEPTION) "change" myself by "viewing/experiencing" that module ... three weeks later, she called. We're back in each other's lives and I'm seeing my grandchildren.

Dr. Liz - Fa, from where I sit, it seems to be. There's a great deal of truth metaphysically in the words, "thou shalt not judge." It's taken me a while to realize that statement doesn't mean be stupid LOL it means be discerning, and that's different from judging.

Dr. Liz - Marge, yes. The "ego" ... which I sometimes call the "concept of the individuated self" ... is the only part of us that is capable of holding the false belief that we're separate. Integrate that part, and we KNOW we're in the Field of Oneness!

Dee&HNJ - lets say a family member is with a person who you find that you "dislike"...and your family member wants you to open your heart and accept them they way they are..what do you do?
Dr. Liz - Joanne, there's a module on unconditional love in the PATHS system ... it helps with releasing all judgment, too ... interestingly, I've done that one (still am) and I find that it helps me become happier and lighter.
Joanne - ask yourself, what does that person do that makes you feel like you have to protect yourself -- that's where your shadow self is
Dr. Liz - Dee ... you can begin with accepting that your family member wants what s/he wants!
Dr. Liz - And deal with that, before you even address the other person ... otherwise you'll be carrying energy into the relating to the other person.
Dee&HNJ - ok, is it ok to allow tht choice for them and kep out of it, but not want to be around the person you "dislike"?
Joanne - Dr. Liz, I'd love to do, is it affordable? On a teacher's salary?
Dr. Liz - Dee, when St. Theresa was asked by one of the nuns, what to do when the nun saw a nun she didn't like coming down the street, St. Theresa answered, "Cross the Street."
