Dr. Liz - GG, it's the time of year for Spiders. They love Fall. No accident that spider-webs figure prominently in Halloween decorations.
GirlyGirls - Dee, I have a very dear friend in Georgia who is having ACUTE neuro symptoms. She got up on Monday, and felt like someone put an icepick through her ear into her brain. LOUD high pitched metallic ringing in ears, loss of balance, and, although not running fever, COLD. Temp. normal. Visual problems. They found nothing on bloodwork, but after Cat Scan, head of neuro cleared a spot to see her tomorrow afternoon. I'm worried.
GirlyGirls - THey had a big flood in Georgia, and she was out cleaning up and got munched on by mosquitos. No sign of viral infection.

GirlyGirls - Liz, she can't tolerate looking at a puter screen, but I told Kristi we'd put up our energy for her tonight. FlyBaby, her dog, has a vascular cancer, I think she's more worried about Fly.
Dee&"kids" - GG- was Grey cat missing??
GirlyGirls - She couldn't ignore it. It's been non-stop mind-bending pain. She was flying from the pain meds they gave her just to make it tolerable. Heavy meds.
kikfrd - WOW, your friend has a lot on her plate
Dee&"kids" - Dr Liz- Im over at Mariannes and it seems Serenity may be a somewhat changed cat
GirlyGirls - Dee, he got in a scrap with another cat, and had bites that needed antibiotics. He gets totally freaked out when I give him meds. Nothing I can do.
Dr. Liz - GG, Oprah Winfrey once described feeling exactly that way upon awakening. In her case it was diagnosed ultimately as a hormonal rush that had a specific catalyst except at this moment I don't remember the catalyst. ... although it was a stressor of some sort.
GirlyGirls - kikfrd. . .tip of the iceberg, but nothing I can discuss here.
GirlyGirls - WOW, Liz, really. It's been four days now, without let up of symptoms.
Dee&"kids" - GG-I feel for you and Grey cat...what a traumatic experience, and antibiotics to boot
GirlyGirls - Anyway, D, he wouldn't come near me, got out, and wouldn't come in and I wouldn't come when I called. He adopted me, showed up on the porch one day, and I have suspected he was abused. He's a very sweet, very special boy.
Dee&"kids" - awww...GG - the do chose us, no matter how much we think we pick them
Dr. Liz - GG, my Mom also woke up with the identical symptoms once. In my Mom's case, it was an aneurysm.
GirlyGirls - Liz, she has BIG stresses in her life for over two years now. I've been worried it would make her sick. They ruled out stroke.
GirlyGirls - BP was VERY high, though.
Dee&"kids" - well shes in teh Basket now..we will do what we can....we've seen miracles
GirlyGirls - I got very anxious about my friend today, worrying about tumor.

kikfrd - Serenity seems to have turned a major corner. Her angry tail wagging has just about stopped completely and she is playing and bonding with me.

Dr. Liz - Our topic tonight is on visualizng and imaging ... how important are they, really?
Dr. Liz - I had a powerful lesson yesterday at how very important they can be.
GirlyGirls - Our mutual friend in CA was trying to log on, I think that must have been her,
kikfrd - I adopted her just shy of 3 months ago and she had some serious anger issues. She's 10 to 12 years old, has difficult seeing, hearing and socializing. She sprays which is the major reason for her being secluded.
GirlyGirls - As we think, so we are
Dr. Liz - I've only been a moderately effective visualizer, spotty, in my own opinion.
Dr. Liz - GG, it's more than "as we think". In terms of manifesting results NOW, in the moment, it's more what we DON"T think while we ARE strongly visualizing.
GirlyGirls - I was VERY effective at one time in my life, it was a daily practice for me. Actually had the experience of a polaroid picking up the energy during a medical procedure. They were trying to photograph my cervix, and I kept my visual light going to the area. Kept printing a perfect large round sphere of light on the cervix. The Dr. finally asked me to turn it off, and I did, and they finally got a photo of the actual cervix!
Dr. Liz - What I'm saying is, I had about a 25-minute period yesterday when I had practically no thoughts in my head and also was strongly visualizing a specific result ... and it unfolded exactly and precisely as I had visualized it.

GirlyGirls - Fannie just said hi to everyone, she's very excited to be here with us.
Dr. Liz - Now a very relevant question that I asked, too, is, was the manifest that I was visualizing something that would have happened anyway, and I was simply just strongy wanting it AND aligned with what the Universe was going to do anyway? Or was I truly in a pure co-creative space?

GirlyGirls - She's wondering when I'll keep my promise to have a chat with you
Dr. Liz - So I don't know the answer. But the unfolding was very interesting and felt VERY powerful spiritually.
Dr. Liz - It reminded me of what I first learned decades ago about the importance of being in complete resonance with the visualization as well as the emotions of the healing result.
GirlyGirls - What do you mean by "as well as the emotions of the healing result?
Dee&"kids" - Dr Liz- i guess it no harm to believe that you had a part in creating the outcome you wanted
Dr. Liz - The very first book I read on esoteric healing, many decades ago, was all about visualizing ... picking an image that related as closely as possible to the healed result and focusing on that image while connecting it to the situation.
Dr. Liz - Dee, LOL, what I heard in my head afterwards, was my spiritual director (who died June 1st), laughing and telling the story of God and Abraham and the importance of completely and congruently IMAGING the result they were discussing!
Dr. Liz - I know all great healers work that way ... they only see the healed result. Aimee Semple MacPhearson always saw only a perfect DNA in front of her, regardless of what was actually there.
GirlyGirls - That's what I did when I was battling the cervical CA in my twenties.
Dr. Liz - Dee, what was exciting for me was the link about having no thought ... that's a piece I hadn't put together before.
Dee&"kids" - I do believe that holding the image of the desired outcome gives attention and awareness to that "idea", and teh thought is where all form comes from
GirlyGirls - I had a beautiful picture of female repro system taped on the dresser by my bed, my friend who did graphics for the hospital brochures made it for me, and "colored it in with a lot of love". She wrote "Nellie's Uterus" under it! LOL!! I woke up and kissed it every day!
GirlyGirls - It was simply my gorgeous, perfect reproductive system! :-)
Dr. Liz - Although some of the most powerful co-creative manifests I've done, looking back on them now, were done from a place of intention, visualization, strong emotion, and no thought,. So I wonder why it felt like a surprise to me yesterday.
Dr. Liz - Perhaps because I had come to believe that our thoughts need to be aligned with the strongly felt, highly intended, visualized result.
Dr. Liz - The realization I had yesterday was that it's better to have NO thought, than any thought.
Dr. Liz - GG, precisely. A pefect image.
Dr. Liz - Interestingly, if it's a perfect image, with no thought, then the only thing that can happen, is the flow of the Universe's perfect result.
GirlyGirls - No judgement
Dee&"kids" - and having faith in the universes result as perfect allow acceptance of what teh outcome is
GirlyGirls - Pefect image simply "is"
GirlyGirls - Fannie is perfect!
Dr. Liz - In the Judeo-Christian Old Testament, there's a story of God speaking to Abraham and saying to Abraham, "Abraham, your descendents will number greater than the stars in the sky."
GirlyGirls - Hmmm. Isn't that a wonderful image?
Dr. Liz - And Abraham had a lot of trouble with that.
GirlyGirls - Did he? I don't recall
Dee&"kids" - i guess because our thougth can be influenced by our ego, our judgements, that it is better to leave that out,and focus on the perfect image
Dr. Liz - So God said to Abraham, "Image it. Count the stars in the sky. Your offspring will be more numerous than the stars in the sky."
GirlyGirls - Our worries
Dr. Liz - I imagine Abraham started to count, and then lost count because as any humanj would he would forget what stars he had actually counted ... and in the counting of it he would have had no thought other than the counting and the manifest of the intention ...
Dr. Liz - It's a perfect story for what I'm sharing, and that I had yet another Lesson in yesterday.
GirlyGirls - I love that!
Dr. Liz - So as it relates to healing, one can visualize a body's terrain, and hold it in perfection ... get pictures or draw pictures of the healed result ... and like GG says, LOVE the situation, the body part, whatever may be the intended recipient of the healing energy ...
GirlyGirls - It's very quiet, are you all still there?
GirlyGirls - There you are
Dr. Liz - and overlay it with the picture of perfection.
GirlyGirls - I actually said "I love you" when I kissed it everymorning, and I smiled and giggled every time.
Dr. Liz - So to help GG's friend, we would visualize a perfectly working head and brain, and also because the brain and the digestive tract are so powerfully linked, also, a perfect small and large intestine ...
GirlyGirls - Oh that's interesting. .. her life has given her a lot to digest, and she has had digestive troubles form the stress for a while.
Dr. Liz - Since I'm getting that's involved in GG's friend's situation, too ...
Dr. Liz - My sense is that part of what's going on with her is head pain caused by digestive issues specificaly intestinal issues ...
Dr. Liz - Not unlike a totally WICKED migraine head-ache ... in my experience most migraines have a link to food/digestion issues ...

Dr. Liz - So we've created a series of hand-body symbols that we use ... did I mention to you that he's mostly deaf??? ...
GirlyGirls - Of course, we always have to learn new strategy in order to grow!
Dr. Liz - And we've mixed International Sign Language, Standard Obedience Commands, and some made-up signs ...
Dr. Liz - And you want to know why he wants this?
GirlyGirls - Yes.

Dr. Liz - When I asked him "why", he said, "because if we do telepathy, then it will be mostly only you and I who communicate. If we do sign language, then you can teach others to communicate with me by teaching them our sign language. "

Dr. Liz - So now my friends here, know our sign language. And everyone is happy.
GirlyGirls - He probably wants to impress the girls!
Dee&"kids" - so what about his food now Dr Liz- has he gone back to the raw?
Dr. Liz - Even the 14-month old little girl down the street, knows how to sign "Good Dog" for him ... she can't say it, but she can sign it!
Dr. Liz - Dee, nope. He's on gently cooked whole foods now and doing VERY well.

Dr. Liz - The only raw food product he eats and loves, is raw tripe.

Dr. Liz - One of the ones we all love the most, is "go for a walk" ... it's fingers "walking" in the air, from right to left.

GirlyGirls - Is he giving you the idea for signs or do you give them to him?
Dr. Liz - GG, it's a mix so far. His sign for "I'm thirsty" when we're walking, is to turn and face me and tilt his head a little to the under-left. Then I offer him his water bottle.
Dr. Liz - My sign for "let's go for a drive" is to hold my hands in the air as I hold a steering wheel.
GirlyGirls - He's got this big golunkus thing going on, kindy nerdy, kinda cool, sweet heart
Dr. Liz - He taught me his sign for "I'm thirsty." I taught him my sign for "Let's go for a drive."
Dr. Liz - He's a big dog and also the gentlest dog I've never known.
Dee&"kids" - Jake is quite gentle too, but his grumbling makes others think differently about him
Dee&"kids" - I think he is just complaining with his grumbling and teeth showing, like a kid who has been told to apologize to his sister, he'll do it, but not happily

Dr. Liz - We imagine all anger in Serenity now as dark black little clouds, first tight, and now relaxing and expanding and exiting her body, expanding and misting into the Universe, moving towards the horizion and merging , transformed, with the light.
Dr. Liz - And we see her now infilling with the desire to be harmonious, the desire to be in joyful peace, and relating actively and pleasantly in her surroundings.
Dee&"kids" - Dr Liz- as we visualize this, does it seem to you that her biting Marianne is anger still?
Dr. Liz - We see her relaxed and trusting in her body and her space.
Dr. Liz - Dee, not always ... sometimes it feels like hormone-cat-stuff.

Dr. Liz - Or more correctly cat-stimulation release.
Dr. Liz - Sometimes when a cat gets over-aroused, it wil bite.
Dee&"kids" - I do sense a far more relaxed cat than where she started 3 months ago
Dr. Liz - the bite occurs as the nozzle on a pressure-cooker ... it relieves their stress.
Dee&"kids" - Do you sense that shes understanding and accepting of the NO SPRAYINg rule which is currently keeping her confined due to her non compliance?
kikfrd - That's what I pick up on... that she's just had too much. I understand mostly why she does it and I'm not angered in the least by it, especially since I also feel she knows it's not right.
Dee&"kids" - Oh, that is interesting...so not anger, just a re;ease reaction
Dr. Liz - Kikfrd are you referring to her biting?
kikfrd - yes
Dr. Liz - Kikfrd, to minimize her use of that response, you may wish to consider visualizing her teeth AWAY from your skin!!!
Dee&"kids" - It is confusing to know where she will be or if she is ready to be released from her confined area
kikfrd - Dee was trying that... I was too much in pain at the moment
Dr. Liz - You'll know she's ready when she shows consistent relaxation over a period of time... most likely 21 days.
Dee&"kids" - Dr Liz- the biting is very clear sign anguage...Serenitys idea...lol
Dr. Liz - Dee ... LOL!
Dr. Liz - Well if Kikfrd yelped even once, which I'm sure she did, it would have reinforced the behavior.

Dr. Liz - The best thing to do when you're being bit is relax completely, made no sound, and respond in no perceptible way to the animal's having bitten you. Not always easy to do on the spot, but it is the best response for not reinforcing the behavior.

Dr. Liz - Kikfrd, all cats have warning signs before they're going to bite. Pay attention to hers and don't let her get to that point.
Dr. Liz - In my experience, EVERY animal says "BITE" telepathically a fraction of a second BEFORE they bite.

Dr. Liz - Not always enough time for a human to get body parts out of the way ... but there's always a warning, even if one has missed the body signs the animal is showing.
